Minnie’s Food Pantry
Minnie’s Food Pantry LogoMinnie's Food Pantry is a nonprofit organization headquartered in Plano, Texas and provides numerous programs to help families gain long-term food security and break the generational curse of people (especially children) in low-income areas not having access to fresh fruits and vegetables.
I worked with a group of 3 other artists to create this 2D-animated public service announcement featuring Minnie's resources and highlighting ways the public can contribute to their vital efforts in North Texas. Throughout the project, some of my responsibilities included:
- Continuously received and applied weekly feedback from the Chief Operating Officer at Minnie’s with a team of 3 other artists
- Digitally painted various assets in Photoshop with a “hand-drawn” style,
flat visuals that included grain/noise, for a friendly and welcoming feel
- Learned how to rig, animate, and composite in After Effects during
production
